                          Killarney's Mahony's Point Course

This optional Golfing Supplement to our May 25 - June 2, 2009 tour is geared towards the "Sunday Golfer", to give the casual golfer the thrill of playing some exciting Irish courses affordably and still fully participating in a comprehensive tour of Ireland.

Greens Fees: $480 for the three course package which includes Fota Island, Killarney - Mahony's Point, and Kilkea Castle, as described in our itinerary.  Payable in advance in full at time of enrollment.  Tee times at these popular courses will fill up fast, especially Saturday at Mahony's Point, so early enrollment (6 to 12 months in advance of departure) is ESSENTIAL to an optimum tee time.  ONLY THOSE WHO ENROLL WITH THE TOUR IN ADVANCE WILL BE ACCOMODATED. This golfing supplement is for the 3 courses as a package.  Unfortunately, you will not be able to choose only one or two of the three.    

Cart Rental: available at your expense, cost varies, but approximately $60. It's best to reserve your cart at enrollment time, due to limited availability.  Carts may not be available at tee time without advance reservation.

Club Rental: available at your expense, cost varies, but approximately $35 - $50, but you may bring  your own clubs.  Remember - once you pick up your clubs at baggage claim at the Dublin Airport and get them to the motorcoach, the motorcoach will be carrying them around from place to place, not you! There is limited availability of rental clubs and must be reserved in advance.

Caddies: available at your own expense.  Approximately $50

Dress Code: Smart casual dress. Collared shirts & slacks for men and similarly appropriate attire for women. Denin jeans, collarless shirts and sneakers are strictly prohibited.  Golf shoes must be worn.  Fota Island does not allow metal spikes on the golf course, but soft spikes are available at the Pro Shop for approximately $20

Mobile phones: are not permitted on some of the golf courses.

Green fee deposits: are 50% refundable due to severe weather
